Shipping Information

All orders are shipped using the USPS. They are shipped usually within 5 business days! We package as efficiently as possible to ensure that the best shipping price is obtained. Tracking information will be provided. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be unused and in the original packaging. Used items will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be given. Returns should be made within 14 business days, for a refund of the purchase price or for a credit or exchange. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. For any item that is damaged, please call (860)295-9659 for instructions. Please note that special orders are not returnable.
